A company that treats construction as workshop work: one structure at a time, followed from start to finish.
K-Stone Construction is a building and civil engineering contractor based in Marrakech, founded in 2015. It builds for industry, delivers infrastructure and buildings across Morocco, and also acts on the client side, as delegated client and as design manager.
The company brings together around two hundred people, office and site crews, with the office based in Guéliz. That structure is a deliberate choice: it keeps the team stable, keeps every live project known to everyone, and keeps us reachable.
Few projects a year, then. One or two major sites, rarely more. The director prices the quotes himself. You speak directly to the person who decides, not to a middleman who has to check internally before answering you.
The experience comes from the field. A civil engineering graduate of ESTP Paris, the director spent several years with a major building and marine works contractor, largely on the big sub-Saharan African projects, before starting K-Stone. That schooling still shows in the way the company works: careful measurement, site records kept up to date, a complete handover file.
The projects speak for themselves: the SP1 pumping station in Safi for the desalinated water transfer, the external works at the Marrakech Grand Stadium, the Embassy of Australia in Rabat, ONDA, SOPLAMI, EPC Maroc, a hotel at Bin El Ouidane, care centres in Oujda. Different structures, the same way of building them.
K-Stone also offers hard rock quarrying on behalf of private owners: extraction, crushing, supply to construction sites. Producing your own aggregates is what secures an earthworks package and tells you what it really costs.
One point the company makes without hedging: to date, no claim and no accident have been reported on its sites. On hard-to-reach sites, on sites that stay in use, and inside a fully operational airport, that is the result of supervisors who stay on site, not of luck.
