K-Stone works in three ways. In construction, the company builds the structure, the earthworks, the drainage and the roads itself. In engineering, it runs projects built by others, either supervising the works or coordinating them. In quarrying, it works hard rock deposits on behalf of private owners. The three hold together: building is what teaches you to manage, and managing is what teaches you to price honestly. For the client, it means one point of contact from bare ground to handover.
These activities serve the same kind of project, from a factory to a public facility: an industrial building with its networks and access roads, a pumping station, large-scale external works. Depending on the contract, K-Stone takes the structural works package, all trades, or the management of the operation alone. In all three cases the same office in Marrakech follows the job, and the director prepares the pricing himself.
Few projects running at the same time: your structure is never the tenth file in the pile, and the team that starts it is the team that finishes it.
